Puppy Mills have infiltrated our society with ease, taking advantage of direct selling capabilities to unsuspecting consumers. These unregistered kennels supply pet stores across the country and charge thousands for ill-fated puppies who are far from healthy. The USDA is fighting an uphill battle in trying to put a stop to this epidemic, but unfortunately its progress has been slow.
